I'm a Chicago-based software engineer with an interest in film photography. The idea to focus on analog photography came from my personal experiences with Retinitis Pigmentosa; the process of extracting an image from darkness opposes my own vision descending into it. In a way, RP acts like a vignette, stripping away the periphery, dialing in the focus.
